Questions about paying

Reading the catalogue is free and stays free. These are about the parts that are not.

Monthly or yearly?
Both, billed in advance. A year costs ten months — pay for twelve and two are on us. You can switch between them at any time.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Access runs to the end of the month you have already paid for — nothing is cut off mid-period.
What if it is not what I expected?
Within 14 days of a first payment we refund in full, no questions asked. The rest of the rules are on the terms page.
Do I need a plan to dispute a finding about my own server?
No. Corrections are free and always will be. Every finding names the file and the line, so checking one takes a minute.
Does paying change what you publish about a server?
Never. Advertising and plans do not touch findings — a sponsor with a security problem gets the same page as anyone else.
