This one needs environment variables set before it will start: MAIL_MCP_CLIENT_ID (Application (client) ID of your Microsoft Entra app registration (see README). Run `npx -y @rixtay/mail-mcp login` once to sign in.), MAIL_MCP_CACHE_PATH (Token cache location. Defaults to ~/.mail-mcp/token-cache.json.). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
