This one needs environment variables set before it will start: LINKONDA_API_KEY (Linkonda API key (paid plans). Optional — without it the server still shortens URLs anonymously, but links expire and account tools are unavailable.), LINKONDA_API_BASE_URL (Override the API host. Defaults to https://api.linkonda.com.). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
