This one needs environment variables set before it will start:
GEMINI_API_KEY (Gemini API key from https://aistudio.google.com/apikey), NANOBANANA_MODEL (Default image model override (default: gemini-3.1-flash-image)), NANOBANANA_OUTPUT_DIR (Default output directory override).
The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
