This one needs environment variables set before it will start: GEMINI_API_KEY (Your Google Gemini API key (aistudio.google.com/apikey)), GEMINI_IMAGE_MODEL (Override the default image model (default: gemini-3.1-flash-image)), GEMINI_OUTPUT_DIR (Default directory for generated images (default: current working directory)), GEMINI_INPUT_DIR (Directory to resolve bare input-image filenames against). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
