개요
보험은 "많이 드는 것"이 아니라 "큰 위험에 꼭 필요한 만큼"이 핵심이다. 현재 가입 보험을 점검해 중복·과보험을 걷어내고, 생애주기와 위험에 맞는 최소 필수 구성을 설계한다.
면책 고지: 일반적인 보험 교육 정보이며 특정 상품 가입·해지를 권유하지 않습니다. 가입·해지 결정 전 약관과 본인 상황을 확인하고 필요 시 공인 전문가와 상담하세요. 해지는 되돌릴 수 없으니 신중해야 합니다.

1단계: 보험의 원칙
- 보험 = 발생 확률은 낮지만 발생하면 치명적인 위험에 대비(큰 병·사망·장해). 작은 위험은 비상금으로.
- 저축 ≠ 보험: 저축성·투자성 보험은 사업비가 커 순수 저축·투자보다 불리할 수 있음 → 보장과 저축을 섞지 않는다.
- 소득의 적정선: 보험료 합계는 통상 월 소득의 5~10% 내를 권장(상황별 조정).

3단계: 필수 vs 선택 구분
- 대부분에게 필수: 실손의료비 1개, 3대 진단비(암·뇌혈관·심장) 적정액
- 상황별 필요: 사망보장(부양가족 있을 때 정기보험으로 저렴하게), 운전자보험(운전 시)
- 신중 검토: 종신보험(사망 시점 무관 보장이나 보험료 큼), 저축·변액보험(목적이 보장인지 저축인지 분리)
4단계: 생애주기별 우선순위

- 해지 신중: 보장 공백·기존 병력 고지 문제로 새 가입이 불리할 수 있음 → 해지 전 대체 가입 가능 여부 먼저 확인
- 비교 확인: 금융감독원 '파인', 보험다모아 등 공식 비교 채널 활용
