Spec-backed Plan converts an approved design.md into plan.json and optional tracked tasks. Trigger after atelier-orchestrator selects a mode, when the user asks to plan work, or after spec-brainstorm completes. Direct invocation without a selected mode uses Spec-backed Plan. Do NOT use for research or execution.

How to use it

Copy the folder

Take martinffx/spec-plan from the repository into ~/.claude/skills for personal use, or into .claude/skills inside a project.

Check the name does not clash

The agent identifies a skill by the name field in its header. Two skills with the same name cannot sit side by side — one of them will be ignored.
