什么时候调用通用 skill
当任务属于以下任一情形时，加载并遵循本 Skill：
- 在正式写章节前，需要把卷纲 / 章纲压缩成可执行的“本章控制卡”。
- 中段容易塌，需要先明确本章任务、回报、冷线回归和钩子。
- 用户希望先看章名候选、POV、节奏档位、场景单元，再决定是否动笔。
题材补充边界
- 若案件骨架来自

强制要求
- 不得绕过
通用-生成章节控制卡另写一套平行规则。 - 命中本技能时，必须优先强制加载当前题材 Skill 与
通用-生成章节控制卡。 - 控制卡至少要写清：本章回应哪个旧问题、本章出现什么异常信号、本章通过什么证据载体推进、本章中段兑现什么回报、本章让谁付出什么代价、本章章末钩住什么。
- 场景单元默认应能拆出 3–5 个动作节点，且至少有 1 个“熟悉现实动作 → 微异常 → 立即有后果的选择”。
- 若控制卡写不出中段回报或证据载体，默认视为本章仍未准备好。
- 如需修改共性控制卡规则，应直接修改通用 skill。
何时使用
- 你已经有卷纲 / 章纲，但一到写正文就容易发空、发散、失温。
- 你需要把“这一章大概写什么”压成“这一章必须怎么写”。
- 你需要在写前钉死：旧问题回应、新问题升级、中段回报、冷线回归、章末钩子。
默认执行口径
- 优先把卷纲里的大词翻译成现场动作：谁进场、看到什么、误判什么、拿到什么、失去什么。
- 优先把异常写成可拍的第一信号，而不是抽象氛围。
- 优先把回报写成信息回报、反制回报、关系回报、规则回报中的至少一种。
- 优先把风险写成作者最容易写崩的地方，而不是泛泛提醒“注意节奏”。
- 默认输出应尽量接近“可直接复制填写”的模板卡，而不是只有说明性 bullet。
题材模板卡要求
- 控制卡默认应能直接复制到正文工作文件或写作面板里使用。
- 最低应包含：章目标、旧问题回应、异常信号、证据载体、中段回报、场景单元、代价升级、章末钩子、章名候选。
- 若用户没要求极简版，优先输出接近成品工单的模板卡，而不是泛泛摘要。
分型模板卡要求
- 若用户正在做卷首章、卷中承压章或卷尾升级章，优先套用对应分型模板，而不是一律同卡同配方。
- 卷首卡优先抓：入场、异常、第一证据、第一压力。
- 中段卡优先抓：兑现、误判纠正、关系变化、冷线回归。
- 卷尾卡优先抓：代价升级、局势改写、强钩子与下一卷压力。
