正文落稿的实际目标
- 不是把控制卡改写成叙述梗概，而是把控制卡压成读者可读的正文。
- 每章至少要让读者拿到：一次有效推进 + 一次可感回报 + 一个必须往下看的压力。
- 若正文写完后回头看不出控制卡中的旧问题回应 / 中段回报 / 章末钩子，视为落稿失真。
强制要求
- 命中本技能时，必须优先强制加载当前题材 Skill 与
通用-创建小说正文。 - 正文落稿前，必须先认真仔细阅读本章实际出场人物对应的人物传记，以及与本章背景、技术、规则、证据、程序链、能力链有关的故事设定 / 背景设定文档。
- 不得只凭题材惯性、章纲摘要、上一章印象或局部片段就直接开写；若关键裁判源缺失，必须先补齐、定位或明确阻断，再进入正文施工。

- 不得在本文件里恢复一整套已迁入通用层的平行正文创作流程；如需修改共性规则，应修改
通用-创建小说正文。 - 正文默认应承接控制卡，不得跳过控制卡直接凭摘要裸写，除非用户明确提供的是已成熟章稿重写任务。
- 正文落稿后，默认要检查是否需要继续进入
