使用本 Skill：
- 用户要翻译、精修或审校游戏设计书、游戏开发书、设计理论、GDC/论文式长文、章节摘录、PDF/OCR/Markdown 初稿。
- 用户强调“精翻”“翻成中文”“术语要准”“不要机翻味”“图也要处理”“保留关键英文原句”。
- 用户要求整本书、章节化交付、术语表、图注翻译、图内标签中文化、翻译质量审校。
- 用户要求“完整”“高质量”“可交付”的整本书/PDF 翻译，必须覆盖初译、图片回填、中文精校、好句摘要和质量门，不把初译冒充最终稿。
- 用户已有中文译稿，但需要统一术语、去英文腔、补图注、整理成可持续维护的 Markdown 文档。
通常不使用本 Skill：
- 普通日常翻译，或与游戏设计、游戏研发、Game Studies 无关的泛文本翻译。
- 只需要一句话释义，不需要术语治理、图像处理或结构化交付。
- 用户明确要求逐字直译、双语逐段对照，且不需要中文阅读优化。
先判定交付模式
先观察输入，再决定深度，不要一上来整本硬翻：

如果多读材料不会改变术语、图像处理、章节拆分、来源授权或版权判断，就停止扩展调研，开始交付。
必读方法
对长文、整章、整本书、含图材料，先读：
references/translation-method.md：OODA 流程、术语、正文、图像、表格、版权来源、审校门。references/whole-book-quality-workflow.md：整本书/PDF 的完整交付阶梯、私有目录、图片回填、精校版、英文好句摘要和质量门。templates/book-translation-package.md：整本书或章节化交付模板。
短摘录可以只按本文件的快速规则执行。
快速规则
- 术语先行：长文先建立或更新术语表，再翻正文。
- 中文优先：译文要符合中文信息流，长句可拆，论证关系要显性化。
- 专名稳住：游戏名、书名、作者、理论、产品名通常保留英文原名，首次出现可补中文说明。
- 图片有信息：图注必须翻译；图在论证中的作用要说明；关键图内标签尽量中文化。
- 表格有结构：表头、单位、脚注、注释和对比关系都要进入译文，不把表格压成散文。
- 英文少留：只有名句、概念辨识度强、用户会引用、或中文会损失力度时，才行内保留英文。
- 好句摘要另列：整本书交付时，用“英文短触发词 + 中文摘要 + 译法/写法点评”整理好句，英文只保留短语级索引，不做长段原文搬运。
- 不做双语噪音：默认不要每段附英文，也不要用大段块引用堆英文原句。
输出门槛
交付前必须自检：
- 术语表是否覆盖高频概念，且正文译法一致。
- 标题层级、章节编号、图号、表号是否保留或合理重建。
- 图注、表头、脚注是否翻译，图示说明是否解释其论证作用。
- 专有名词是否稳定，没有随手发明不可靠译名。
- 英文原句是否少量、行内、确有保留价值。
- 是否已区分
初译、图片回填版、精校版和质量门报告；没有中文精校和图片回填时不要称为“完整高质量翻译”。 - 中文是否去掉明显英文句法投影，读起来像中文策划/研发材料。
- 来源、授权、引用比例、公开传播风险是否已按任务需要说明。
- 受版权保护的整本书交付物默认放在私有工作区或用户指定私有目录；不要把具体译文、原文抽取文本或裁图提交到公开/技能仓库，除非用户明确要求且授权边界已确认。
- 若在
knowledge-vault或项目仓库内工作，正式交付物必须进入该项目的文档区，不散落在下载目录。
常见错误
- 一边翻一边临时改术语，导致同一个概念多种译法。
- 只翻正文，漏掉图注、图内标签、表头、脚注和流程箭头。
- 只生成初译和合并版，漏掉图片、分章精校版、英文好句摘要和质量门报告，却声称已完整交付。
- 把英文原文大量堆成块引用，破坏中文阅读节奏。
- 把受版权保护的具体译稿、抽取原文、裁图或私有脚本提交进技能仓库。
- 为了“专业”写得生硬，反而不像中文行业作者。
- 整本书只输出一篇超长文本，后续无法校对、回填图片或续翻。
- 没有说明来源与授权边界，就把长篇 copyrighted 原文做成可公开传播的全文译本。
