Troubleshooting

Low ipTM scores: Check hotspot selection, increase designs

Slow convergence: Use fast protocol for screening

OOM errors: Reduce num_models, use L40S GPU

Poor diversity: Lower sampling_temp, run multiple seeds

Error interpretation
