This one needs environment variables set before it will start: CODEX_MCP_CWD (Override working directory for all tool calls), CODEX_SESSION_TTL_MS (Session time-to-live in milliseconds (default: 86400000 = 24h)), CODEX_MAX_SESSIONS (Maximum concurrent sessions (default: 50)). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
