This one needs environment variables set before it will start: HVAC_MOCK_EMAIL (Set to 'false' to send real emails via SMTP (default: 'true' for testing)), SMTP_HOST (SMTP server hostname (for real email mode)), SMTP_PORT (SMTP server port (default: 587)), SMTP_USER (SMTP username), SMTP_PASS (SMTP password), SMTP_FROM (From email address for RFQs).
