This one needs environment variables set before it will start: VID2LLM_PRIVATE_KEY (Private key (0x...) of the wallet that pays for videos in USDC on Base. Use a dedicated wallet holding a few dollars.), VID2LLM_API_TOKEN (An access token, if you have been given one. Used instead of paying.), VID2LLM_MAX_PRICE (The most to pay for one video, e.g. $1 (the default).). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
