Available tools 5

Read directly from the server with tools/list, grouped by what they act on. If a tool disappears, we record the date.

ticketsauce
ticketsauce_get_event
One event by id or slug: everything in the list plus summary and description (text and HTML), order_count and ticket_count (tickets sold, not refunded or voided). Replies are cached for an hour. GET /v2/event/{id_or_slug}.
ticketsauce_get_order
One order by id, with its buyer details, totals and its tickets (ticket type, name, price, redeemed state, promo code). Contains personal data. Replies are cached for an hour. GET /v2/order/{order_id}.
ticketsauce_list_checkin_ids
The ticket check-in ids of one event, for door/scanning reconciliation (the API documents no response fields; the reply is returned as is). Paged: per_page up to 5000, then pass next_page. Replies are cached for 5 minutes. GET /v2/tickets/checkin_ids/{event_id}.
ticketsauce_list_events
List the events you own on Ticketsauce with id, name, slug, start/end (local and UTC), venue address, timezone, organization, privacy type, whether tickets are on sale, and the event and ticket-shop URLs. Filter by start/end/created dates (yyyy-mm-dd, UTC), a phrase such as this_weekend, organization or partner. The API has no paging for events. Use the event id for orders and check-ins. GET /v2/events.
ticketsauce_list_orders
Orders of one event, oldest first by default (pass sort_dir desc for newest first): order id, status, buyer name, email, phone and address, totals (total_paid, refund_amount, taxes, fees), promo code, ticket_count, paid date. Contains your customers' personal data. Filter by order or modified dates, a phrase, buyer email or last name (exact match), totals, or promo use; optionally embed tickets, questionnaire answers and line-item fees. Paged: per_page up to 500, then pass next_page. Replies are cached for an hour. GET /v2/orders/{event_id}.

Ticketsauce MCP by usefulapi — questions

Answers built from our own checks of this server.

What can Ticketsauce MCP by usefulapi do?
It exposes 5 tools, read directly from the server on our last check. Among them: ticketsauce_get_event, ticketsauce_get_order, ticketsauce_list_checkin_ids, ticketsauce_list_events, ticketsauce_list_orders. The full list with descriptions is on this page — we take it from the server itself via tools/list, not from a README. How MCP servers expose tools in the first place →
Is Ticketsauce MCP by usefulapi working right now?
We send a real MCP handshake every 15 minutes. Over the last 24 hours 91 of 91 checks got a reply (100.0%), average response time 175 ms. The bar chart above shows every period we have measured.
How do I connect Ticketsauce MCP by usefulapi?
Copy the ready config from this page. We generate it for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex, Cursor and VS Code, each in the form that client actually reads. It is a remote server, so there is nothing to install — the client connects to the address.
Does Ticketsauce MCP by usefulapi need an API key?
No. Ticketsauce MCP by usefulapi completed a full MCP handshake with us as an anonymous client and listed its tools without asking for anything. All 5 of them are readable on this page. This is what we observed, not what the docs claim.
How fast is Ticketsauce MCP by usefulapi?
It answers our handshake in 175 ms on average, which is faster than 77% of all working MCP servers we measure. That puts it in the quick quarter of the ecosystem. The comparison comes from our own checks across the whole registry, every 15 minutes.
Is Ticketsauce MCP by usefulapi open source?
The code is open source: it is published under the MIT licence, written in JavaScript, 1 stars on GitHub and 1 open issue. The licence covers the code in the repository, not the hosted service at ticketsauce.usefulapi.io, which runs on its operator's own terms.
