Put shipments into a batch. Calling it again with the same shipments changes nothing. Chit Chats API: PATCH /api/v1/clients/{client_id}/shipments/add_to_batch.

Create a shipment record. The new shipment has status unpaid: this call does NOT buy postage, and no credits are spent. Buy postage in the Chit Chats dashboard. Use postage_type 'unknown' to see rates first. Chit Chats API: POST /api/v1/clients/{client_id}/shipments.

chitchats_get_batch

Get one batch with its status and description. Chit Chats API: GET /api/v1/clients/{client_id}/batches/{id}.
