WRITE: add a user to a usergroup (they must not already be a member). Groups can drive course or path assignments. POST /usergroups/members/{usergroup_id}/{user_id}/.

axislms_certification_report

Certifications issued in one certification program: user, certification number, how it was earned, issue, renewed and expire date (YYYYMMDD). Filter by users, number, method and dates. Paged (100 per page). GET /reports/certifications/{program_id}/.

Number of active online courses. GET /courses/count/.

axislms_count_users
