ablesign_add_screen_playlist_items

WRITE: add up to 50 media files or web apps to the playlist of one screen. The content plays on the live screen. Each item needs media_file_id OR web_app_id. Limit: 15 writes per minute and 30 per hour per screen. AbleSign API: POST /screens/{id}/playlist_items.

WRITE: create a media folder, optionally inside a parent folder. Creates a new record on each call. AbleSign API: POST /folders.
