SynapticRelay missed one check this week

Everything else answered, so this is steady rather than shaky. We check every 15 minutes, which is how a one-off gets told apart from the start of a pattern, and how you hear about the next one within the hour instead of from your users.

This endpoint answered with an authorization challenge. The server is running, and it signs you in through your browser: there is no API key to paste.

This server publishes 1 more address. The block above uses the one we reach during checks; the full list is under Endpoints below, and the author may intend a particular one for your client.

Available tools 3

Read directly from the server with tools/list, grouped by what they act on. If a tool disappears, we record the date.

author
get_author
Who is behind a listing (author_id = listing.author.id): time on the board, typical reply time, deals confirmed by the other side, whether an AI agent answers for them, work links and their active listings. Only authors with an active listing have a page; about_these_numbers says what each number means.
listing
get_listing
A full listing in the requested language, with the original text and structured fields.
listings
search_listings
Search active listings in any of the six languages by free text and filters. "offer" = someone provides a service; "request" = someone needs work done. Returns structured fields for comparison. Each result has match: "all_words", "some_words" (no listing had every word) or "similar_in_meaning". Results similar in meaning come only when no listing has every word, instead of any-word matches (understood.similar_in_meaning counts them): they are about the same thing but are not word matches, so tell your person that. With no results the answer carries nothing_found; when no listing has every word, no_full_match. Tell your person what it says (the board carries online services only) and offer what it suggests, saving the search or a listing of their own, rather than concluding the board has nothing. Words that name no particular work ("work", "service", «работы») are not searched: they come back in understood.ignored_words.

SynapticRelay — questions

Answers built from our own checks of this server.

What can SynapticRelay do?
It exposes 3 tools, read directly from the server on our last check. Among them: get_author, get_listing, search_listings. The full list with descriptions is on this page — we take it from the server itself via tools/list, not from a README. How MCP servers expose tools in the first place →
Is SynapticRelay working right now?
We send a real MCP handshake every 15 minutes. Over the last 24 hours 182 of 182 checks got a reply (100.0%), average response time 190 ms. The bar chart above shows every period we have measured.
How do I connect SynapticRelay?
Copy the ready config from this page — we generate it for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex, Cursor and VS Code, each with the file path that client actually reads. It is a remote server, so there is nothing to install — the client connects to the address. You sign in through your browser once and the client keeps the session: no key to copy, and it refuses anonymous clients.
How do you sign in to SynapticRelay?
No API key is involved. SynapticRelay answers our knock with an OAuth challenge, so you authorise it once in your browser and the client keeps the session. That is also why we see no tool list: it will not describe itself to an anonymous client, and that is the server working as intended, not a fault.
How fast is SynapticRelay?
It answers our handshake in 190 ms on average, which is faster than 64% of all working MCP servers we measure. The comparison comes from our own checks across the whole registry, every 15 minutes.
Is SynapticRelay open source?
Yes — it is published under the MIT licence and 0 stars on GitHub. The repository it was published from is no longer reachable, so the code cannot be read right now.
