create_dataset_checkout
Start payment for an accepted dataset order. Card orders (proxy media, up to $10,000) return a Stripe checkout_url the buyer pays in a browser; never collect card details in chat. 4K, research, and larger orders return a bank-wire invoice (number, amount, due date, reference) that is also emailed to the buyer; the buyer's finance team pays it. Repeating the call reuses the open checkout or invoice. Payment is not delivery: every order is reviewed by a person at Stockfilm after the funds clear.

Fetch the full text of the Stockfilm Dataset License Agreement with its version and sha256. Show the text to the buyer before accept_dataset_agreement; the sha256 must be sent back on acceptance.
