get_renewal_info

Returns what the annual LLC renewal costs and covers, including the yearly IRS filings: Form 1120 + 5472 for foreign-owned single-member LLCs, or Form 1065 with its schedules for multimember LLCs. Renewals are not sold through this server: the user is referred to the team by WhatsApp, email or the client portal. Use it when the user asks about renewing, keeping the LLC active, IRS filings, penalties, the annual report, the state fee, or what happens after the first year.
