Default 3000, floor 3000, ceiling 60000.), STO_TIMEOUT_MS (Deadline for one request, in milliseconds. Default 20000.), STO_MAX_RETRIES (Retries when the site is busy or asks for room. Default 3.), STO_CACHE_TTL_MS (In-memory cache lifetime, in milliseconds. Default 900000. Set 0 to turn it off.), STO_CACHE_MAX_ENTRIES (In-memory cache size.
