The person finishes the form on simplenpi.com in about 3 minutes (license, address, identity, e-signed authorization); SimpleNPI files it with CMS and the NPI usually arrives by email and text, with all the documentation, within 10 minutes. Nothing is filed until the person completes and signs the form. Do not collect the SSN or date of birth in chat.

How do I connect SimpleNPI?

No. SimpleNPI completed a full MCP handshake with us as an anonymous client and listed its tools without asking for anything. All 7 of them are readable on this page. This is what we observed, not what the docs claim.
