This one needs environment variables set before it will start: GEMINI_API_KEY (Google Gemini API key for image extraction (required)), NAVIFARE_API_BASE_URL (Navifare API base URL (optional, defaults to https://api.navifare.com/api/v1/price-discovery/flights)). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
