This one needs environment variables set before it will start: TOKENMIZER_URL (Base URL of the running TokenMizer proxy (default http://localhost:8000)), TOKENMIZER_API_KEY (API key if the proxy has auth enabled). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
