This one needs environment variables set before it will start: NOTION_TOKEN (Notion token_v2 cookie value from browser DevTools), NOTION_USER_ID (Notion user ID from x-notion-active-user-header), NOTION_SPACE_ID (Notion workspace ID from API request body). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
