This one needs environment variables set before it will start: PAYPING_TOKEN (API token from the PayPing panel (app.payping.ir, Connections > Developers > Tokens).), PAYPING_MCP_PROXY (Optional HTTP proxy URL for requests to PayPing; system proxy settings are ignored.). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
