This one needs environment variables set before it will start: PORTKEY_API_KEY (Your Portkey API key for authentication), PORTKEY_TOOL_DOMAINS (Optional comma-separated tool domains to expose, for example prompts,analytics), PORTKEY_BASE_URL (Portkey Admin API base URL. Defaults to https://api.portkey.ai/v1; point at a self-hosted gateway if needed). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
