This one needs environment variables set before it will start: FLEETS_TOKEN (Fleets personal access token (fl_...). Optional if you have already run `fleets login`; otherwise mint one at https://fleets.run/app/account?tab=cli.). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
