The current state of RAD law and terms, each with its primary source: permanence and the 555,000-unit cap (Public Law 119-101 section 212, July 2026), the governing notices, PBV and PBRA contract terms, FHA premium and underwriting, the 2026 LIHTC bond test, agency terms.
