This one needs environment variables set before it will start: JAVA_PROJECT_PATH (Auto-load project on startup), JAVALENS_TIMEOUT_SECONDS (Operation timeout in seconds), JAVALENS_LOG_LEVEL (Log level: TRACE, DEBUG, INFO, WARN, ERROR). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
