find_card_designs
Finds ready-made Panda Greetings printed card designs for an occasion, for when the user wants a greeting card or card designs from Panda Greetings, such as a farewell card a team signs or a birthday card for their mom. Takes the occasion, whether several people will sign it, and the card message if there is one, which is placed inside each design. Returns up to four designs, each with a link that opens it on pandagreetings.com with the message inside, ready to edit and order as a printed card, or as a printed card a whole team signs from one link; Panda Greetings prints it and mails it in the US. Also returns the day a card ordered today would arrive with free Standard and with Priority shipping. It doesn't cover e-cards, gift cards, flowers or other gifts, or a text or chat message that isn't a card.

Panda Greetings — questions

Answers built from our own checks of this server.

What can Panda Greetings do?
It exposes 1 tools, read directly from the server on our last check. Among them: find_card_designs. The full list with descriptions is on this page — we take it from the server itself via tools/list, not from a README. How MCP servers expose tools in the first place →
Is Panda Greetings working right now?
We send a real MCP handshake every 15 minutes. Over the last 24 hours 94 of 182 checks got a reply (51.6%), average response time 603 ms. The bar chart above shows every period we have measured.
Did Panda Greetings ever remove tools?
Yes. make_card_design, make_card_from_image are no longer exposed — we recorded the date each one disappeared. A tool vanishing usually means a breaking change for anything that depended on it.
How do I connect Panda Greetings?
Copy the ready config from this page — we generate it for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex, Cursor and VS Code, each with the file path that client actually reads. It is a remote server, so there is nothing to install — the client connects to the address. You will need your own credentials: it refuses anonymous clients.
Does Panda Greetings need an API key?
Yes. Every time we knock, Panda Greetings answers with an authorization challenge instead of its tool list — that is how we know it is running and gated rather than broken. Bring your own credentials and it will talk.
How fast is Panda Greetings?
It answers our handshake in 603 ms on average, which is faster than 19% of all working MCP servers we measure. That is on the slow side — worth knowing if the tool sits inside an interactive loop. The comparison comes from our own checks across the whole registry, every 15 minutes.
