This one needs environment variables set before it will start: API_KEY (Obsidian Local REST API key), API_URLS (JSON array or semicolon-separated list of Obsidian REST API URLs for failover), MCP_TRANSPORTS (Enabled transports (default: stdio,http)), MCP_HTTP_PORT (HTTP transport bind port (default: 3000)), MCP_HTTP_HOST (HTTP transport bind host (default: 0.0.0.0)), MCP_HTTP_TOKEN (Bearer token for HTTP transport authentication). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
