[Odichat] Schedule a message to be sent later in a conversation. Defaults to status 'pending' so the message is actually delivered — a 'draft' is stored but never sent.

scheduled_messages_create_call_reminders

[Odichat] Schedule the two WhatsApp call reminders for a booked call: "call_reminder_1h" one hour before, and "call_ongoing_now" at the call time. Give the call time as a naive local time plus an IANA timezone; the tool converts to UTC. The no-show follow-up is not scheduled — a human sends that one manually.

[Odichat] Schedule an approved WhatsApp template message in a conversation. Looks the template up by its friendly_name on the conversation's own inbox, fills in the contact's name automatically, and schedules it for delivery.
