This one needs environment variables set before it will start: FDS_MCP_BASE_URL (Which froide instance to use. Defaults to https://fragdenstaat.de), FDS_TOKEN (OAuth bearer token. Only needed for the tools that read your own requests or submit one; the four search tools work without it.). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
