This one needs environment variables set before it will start: IRL_BASE_URL (Your IRL server, e.g. https://irl.example.com), IRL_API_TOKEN (Bearer token for the IRL server), IRL_AGENT_ID (The agent registered on IRL (its mandate)), IRL_MODEL_HASH (The model hash the agent was registered with (64 hex)), GATEWAY_BROKER (paper (default, live prices, no keys) or exchange), PAPER_BALANCES (Starting paper balances, e.g. USDT=1000). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
