This one needs environment variables set before it will start: AZURE_IOT_HUB_CONNECTION_STRING (IoT Hub connection string with service/iothubowner rights, e.g. HostName=my-hub.azure-devices.net;SharedAccessKeyName=service;SharedAccessKey=...), AZURE_IOT_HUB_AMQP_PORT (AMQP port for send_c2d_message, default 5671), AZURE_IOT_HUB_AMQP_USE_TLS (true/false, default true). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
