This one needs environment variables set before it will start: USE_LOCAL_MODE (true (default) drives the macOS apps via AppleScript; false uses the iCloud protocols), ICLOUD_EMAIL (iCloud address, required only for cloud mode), ICLOUD_APP_PASSWORD (App-specific password from appleid.apple.com, required only for cloud mode). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
