This one needs environment variables set before it will start: QBO_CLIENT_ID (QuickBooks app Client ID from developer.intuit.com), QBO_CLIENT_SECRET (QuickBooks app Client Secret from developer.intuit.com), QBO_CREDENTIAL_MODE (Credential storage mode: 'local' (default) or 'aws'), QBO_SANDBOX (Set to 'true' to use QuickBooks sandbox environment).
