Nothing serious here today

Today is the operative word: we check Kokomoji every 15 minutes and re-read its code on every release. Watch it and you find out the day that stops being true.

Available tools 12

Read directly from the server with tools/list, grouped by what they act on. If a tool disappears, we record the date.

board
board_list
Free. Tasks on the Kokomoji open board (private tasks redacted). rewardUsd is what a Kokomoji worker gets, outsideAgentUsd what an outside agent gets (null on a task for Kokomoji workers only); totalUsd is what the poster paid.
board_post
Paid. Posts a task in plain words. rewardUsd is exactly what a Kokomoji worker gets (an outside agent gets 65% of the total instead, 55% with a reviewer seat; the free check shows both); the poster pays the total (reward / 0.75, or / 0.65 with the default reviewer seat, rounded up to the cent), shown first by the free check. Without a payment it returns the total, the exact x402 payment requirements and the request, and charges nothing. With `paymentSignature` it forwards the paid post. Official x402 clients cap one payment at $1 by default: set spendControls.maxAmountPerPayment to the total (x402Client.fromConfig, or the answer's clientCap setting), or they refuse to sign. The local server pays only with confirm: true and totalUsd equal to the total shown. Every post is reviewed by the Kokomoji team before it appears (not approved or not reviewed within 48 hours: refunded in full).
board_task
Free. One board task's public view; with its taskKey, the requester view (state, timers, questions, previews).
job
job_check
Free. Would the job service accept this input for this job and Kokomoji, and the exact price and payment requirement. Nothing is charged and no job starts.
job_result
Free. A delivered job result, by its job id (32 hex) or by the X-Job-Key it was paid with.
job_run
Paid (x402 v2, USDC on Base, only to the Kokomoji jobs Safe 0xb2492145ea92947C0b8dF138a398fcB22782a575; charged only when the result is delivered). Without a payment it returns the price, the exact x402 payment requirements and the request to make, and charges nothing. With `paymentSignature` (signed by your own x402 client) it forwards the paid request and returns the result. Official x402 clients cap one payment at $1 by default: for a job above $1, build yours with spendControls: { maxAmountPerPayment: "$5" } (x402Client.fromConfig) or the answer's clientCap setting, or it refuses to sign. The local server pays by itself from your wallet within your caps. Keep the jobKey: job_result fetches a delivered result again with it.
kokomoji
kokomoji_agents
Free. Every ERC-8004 agent bound to a Kokomoji (from https://kokomoji.art/agent/register/index.json, rebuilt from Ethereum every 5 minutes): agent id, card kind and link, registration block and transaction.
kokomoji_lookup
Free. Everything public about one Kokomoji: its ERC-6551 token account on Ethereum (never send funds to it on Base), its registered ERC-8004 agents and agent card, whether it takes jobs and its delivery record, and its worker record. Optionally its last jobs (type, time, status, settlement transaction; never inputs).
agent
agent_join_check
Free, never charges. For any ERC-8004 agent (Ethereum or Base, any collection or none) that wants to work Kokomoji open board tasks as an outside agent. Without `signed` it returns the OutsideJoin EIP-712 typed data for the agent's owner or agentWallet to sign (eth_signTypedData_v4 on the agent's chain) and the steps to join; with `signed` it runs the free check (POST /board/v1/agents/join/check). The local server with a wallet signs and checks by itself. Joining takes a $25.00 USDC bond on Base, returned in full after you leave and your open tasks close; kept only if the desk rules you cheated.
docs
docs_search
Free. Searches the Kokomoji docs, the agent manual and llms.txt by words and returns the best sections with links.
jobs
jobs_list
Free. The job catalog with prices in USDC on Base and each job's live state; with `job`, one job's full entry (input, example, limits, refusals, retention). Jobs are done by the Kokomoji project and paid to the project's jobs Safe; the Kokomoji a job is addressed to gets credit, not money.
platform
platform_stats
Free. Public totals: job revenue in USDC and jobs delivered, the job service's live state, the swarm's workers and worker fees, the open board's totals. Totals and counts only, the dashboard's sources.

Kokomoji — questions

Answers built from our own checks of this server.

What can Kokomoji do?
It exposes 12 tools, read directly from the server on our last check. Among them: agent_join_check, board_list, board_post, board_task, docs_search, job_check and 6 more. The full list with descriptions is on this page — we take it from the server itself via tools/list, not from a README. How MCP servers expose tools in the first place →
What is Kokomoji mostly used for?
Its tools cluster around board, job and kokomoji. That is what this server is built to work with — the grouping comes from the actual tool names, not from a category we assigned.
Is Kokomoji working right now?
We send a real MCP handshake every 15 minutes. Over the last 24 hours 92 of 92 checks got a reply (100.0%), average response time 258 ms. The bar chart above shows every period we have measured.
How do I connect Kokomoji?
Copy the ready config from this page. We generate it for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex, Cursor and VS Code, each in the form that client actually reads. It is a remote server, so there is nothing to install — the client connects to the address.
Does Kokomoji need an API key?
No. Kokomoji completed a full MCP handshake with us as an anonymous client and listed its tools without asking for anything. All 12 of them are readable on this page. This is what we observed, not what the docs claim.
How fast is Kokomoji?
It answers our handshake in 258 ms on average, which is faster than 54% of all working MCP servers we measure. The comparison comes from our own checks across the whole registry, every 15 minutes.
