This one needs environment variables set before it will start: ANDROID_SERIAL (Target device serial number (from `adb devices`). Required when multiple devices are connected.), ADB_PATH (Custom path to the adb binary. Defaults to 'adb' on PATH.), SCRCPY_SERVER_PATH (Path to the scrcpy-server.jar file. Only needed if not installed in a standard location.). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
