This one needs environment variables set before it will start: FORTNOX_CLIENT_ID (Your Fortnox app client ID from developer.fortnox.se), FORTNOX_CLIENT_SECRET (Your Fortnox app client secret), FORTNOX_REFRESH_TOKEN (OAuth2 refresh token obtained from Fortnox authorization flow). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
