This one needs environment variables set before it will start: INSSIST_MCP_PORT (Loopback port the INSSIST extension dials to reach this server.), INSSIST_MCP_HOME (Directory holding the pairing token file (mcp-pairings.json). Defaults to ~/.inssist.). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
