This one needs environment variables set before it will start: INITE_DIAGNOSTIC_TOKEN (Access token for inite.solutions. Optional: the interview sheet and the arithmetic on what it collects run locally without one. Run `npx @inite/diagnostic login` to add the audit itself.). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
