This one needs environment variables set before it will start: HUMANFORM_API_KEY (Humanform API key from the dashboard (hf_live_...). Sent as Bearer token to api.humanform.app.), HUMANFORM_API_URL (Optional API base URL. Defaults to https://api.humanform.app.). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
