This one needs environment variables set before it will start: JAPAN_INTELLIGENCE_API_URL (API endpoint URL for the TRANSCODE backend (e.g. https://japan-intelligence-api.onrender.com)), JI_API_KEY (API key for authentication. Request at https://transcode.sh). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
