This one needs environment variables set before it will start: HELLOAIGENT_ADMIN_TOKEN (Admin token — required for feed management and analytics tools), HELLOAIGENT_TOKEN (Publish token (a feed's publisher token); falls back to the admin token), HELLOAIGENT_API (API base URL (default https://api.helloaigent.dev)). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
