This one needs environment variables set before it will start: COHERENCE_API_TOKEN (API key from your Coherence workspace (Settings → API Keys). Starts with sk_live_.), COHERENCE_API_URL (API base URL. Defaults to https://api.getcoherence.io/v1.). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
