Check an IP address against DNS-based blacklists (RBLs) Checks an IP address against 5 public DNSBL / RBL zones (Spamhaus, SpamCop, SORBS, Barracuda, PSBL) by querying their DNS-based blacklists. This is a lightweight, realtime check without any external API calls or rate limits. Results are cached per IP for 1 hour. Useful for inbound mail filtering, form submission blocking, and general IP reputation checks. Combine with our email validation APIs for a full anti-spam suite. Cost: 1 credit(s) per call. Validate an international IBAN / BIC Validates an IBAN (ISO 13616) fully offline: country-specific length + structure and the mod-97 check digit. Supported for 70+ countries. For Dutch IBANs the bank name and BIC are resolved from the bank code. An optional BIC can be submitted to validate its format. No external/network calls are made, so this endpoint is always available and has no rate limits from any third party. Cost: 1 credit(s) per call. Validate an EU VAT number (VIES) Validates a European VAT number via the official VIES system of the European Commission. The country code must be the first two characters of the VAT number (e.g. `NL820646660B01`). Supported countries: all 27 EU member states + Northern Ireland (XI). When a member state provides it, the response includes the company name and address. We use caching to mitigate VIES rate limits: valid numbers are cached for 24 hours, invalid numbers for 1 hour. When a member state is temporarily unavailable, we return a 503 status with an appropriate error message. Cost: 1 credit(s) per call. Energy label lookup for a Dutch address Returns the registered energy label(s) for a Dutch address from EP-Online (RVO). Each label carries the complete EP-Online record (field names are translated to English; fields that EP-Online does not provide for that label are `null`). Results are cached for 24 hours. Property data lookup (pandgegevens) Returns combined property data for a Dutch address: Address details + BAG identifiers, Energy label info, property value (WOZ waarde), spatial planning data, and environmental information. The `energy_labels` block contains every EP-Online label for this address (complete records, including history); `energy_label`, `energy_details` and `building` continue to expose the most recent label in subset form. This API combines multiple data sources and provides comprehensive property information that is not easily available elsewhere. Also keep in mind that due the multiple underlying API calls, the response time for this endpoint may be longer than typical lookup endpoints, especially on cache misses. Lightweight property data lookup (pandgegevens lite) Returns property data for a Dutch address: Address details + BAG identifiers, energy label info, and building characteristics. The `energy_labels` block contains all EP-Online labels (complete records); the summary blocks show the most recent label. This is the lightweight ("lite") version of the pandgegevens API: it deliberately omits the costly WOZ-waarde and DSO spatial/environmental data for a faster and cheaper response. For those, use the full `pandgegevens` API. Results are cached for 24 hours. Cost: 5 credit(s) per call. WOZ-value lookup (WOZ-waarde) Returns the Dutch government property assessment value (WOZ-waarde) for a property, including the historical values of the last three years. Alongside the value, the ground area of the WOZ object (grondoppervlakte) and the linked cadastral parcel (kadastrale gemeente code, sectie and perceelnummer) are returned. The endpoint accepts either a BAG nummeraanduiding identificatie directly, or a Dutch address (postcode + house number, optionally with a house letter or number addition). When an address is supplied, the BAG (PDOK Locatieserver) is queried first to resolve the nummeraanduiding identifier, after which the public sources are queried. When a nummeraanduiding ID is supplied directly, we try to fetch the WOZ value from the public sources. ## Address notation Split a Dutch address into the separate BAG fields. Never put the house letter or the addition in `house_number`, and do not combine them into a single field: - `house_number`: the numeric part only, e.g. `161` - `house_letter`: a single letter, e.g. `C` - `house_number_addition`: the addition without a hyphen and with leading zeros preserved, e.g. `03` (not `3`, `C-03` or `C03`) Example: `Hooidrift 161C-03, 3023KN Rotterdam` → `?postcode=3023KN&house_number=161&house_letter=C&house_number_addition=03`. When the exact `house_number_addition` is unknown but the main address exists, the endpoint falls back to that address and returns HTTP 200 with `matched_on: "without_addition"` and `available_house_number_additions`. SBI code index Returns all SBI codes from the local dataset. Optionally filter by `level` (1–5) and/or `parent_code` to retrieve only the direct children of a given SBI code. Address lookup by nummeraanduiding ID Returns full BAG address data for a given BAG nummeraanduiding ID. The nummeraanduiding ID is a 16-digit identifier from the BAG register. Vehicle lookup by Dutch license plate (kenteken) — Pro / extended response Returns vehicle registration data from the RDW Basisregistratie Voertuigen, enriched with fuel + emission information, a national milieuzone compliance flag, and a wide range of extended fields: catalogusprijs, dimensions, weight limits, body type, axle data and EV-specific specs (range, consumption, continuous power). Results are cached for 24 hours. In addition to the subset fields, the response contains the `rdw` block with the complete source rows from all four RDW Open Data datasets (Kenteken Voertuigen, Brandstof, Carrosserie, Assen); no field is omitted. Columns that RDW leaves empty for a vehicle are `null`. RDW records fuel with one row per fuel type (ordered by `brandstof_volgnummer`). `fuel_type` is the primary fuel (sequence number 1); `fuel_types` contains all registered fuels and `hybrid` is `true` as soon as there is more than one fuel (for example Petrol + Electricity). This distinguishes a hybrid car from a pure combustion or EV car. The `allowed_in_green_zones` flag is derived from the emission class and fuel type using Dutch national milieuzone standards (2024–2025): — Electric / hydrogen / CNG: always allowed — Petrol (any Euro class): allowed — Diesel Euro 6+: allowed — Diesel Euro 5 and below: not allowed — Unknown fuel or emission class: `null` Cost: 1 credit(s) per call. E-mail Address Extractor Uses a simple regex to extract email addresses from the HTML content of a given URL. It is not always possible to extract email addresses due to obfuscation techniques. In such cases, the api will try to decode it. If it still fails, it will return an empty array. Leave feedback at [email protected] if you have a webpage that contains email addresses but they are not extracted correctly and we will try to improve the regex or add support for the obfuscation technique used on that webpage.
