This one needs environment variables set before it will start: DEEPSEEK_API_KEY (Worker API key. Not needed when BIFROST_WORKER_BASE_URL points at a local endpoint.), BIFROST_WORKER_BASE_URL (OpenAI-compatible endpoint for the worker model. Set this to run a local model so no code leaves the machine.), BIFROST_WORKER_MODEL (Worker model identifier. Defaults to deepseek-chat.), BIFROST_DB (Path to the operational log. Defaults to .bifrost/history.db in the working directory.). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
